Presentation of Shortlist

In some cases it is feasible to present a formal shortlist (usually consisting of no more than four suitable candidates for one position) at the end of the interview process. However, unless specifically requested by the client, we prefer to ‘drip-feed’ candidates through as soon as they have been identified and interviewed by the Lead Consultant. In such competitive markets, we have found that this saves valuable time and very significantly reduces the chances of losing the desired candidate. Waiting around to present a conventional ‘shortlist’ is often unnecessary, time consuming and unhelpful to the candidate.
