As soon as the appointment is concluded, the Lead Consultant will assist both the Client and the successful Candidate in addressing the task of integration into his or her new company. The Lead Consultant will not, as in so many cases, simply fade away upon completion of the project, but will remain in constant contact with both parties to make the ‘on-boarding’ process as seamless as possible.
