Our Commitment to the Candidate

  • Candidates are presented to our Client only with their prior permission.

  • Candidate's details are not presented to more than one client at the same time.

  • Candidates who are relevant and are seriously interested in the opportunity at hand will be given an in-depth assignment document, containing the job description, company background, remuneration package etc. All of this information has been prepared in detail with the Client and is therefore up-to-date and fully verified.

  • Candidates are kept fully informed of progress and will be notified of the outcome of the assignment upon completion. Candidates who are deemed unsuitable will be 'switched-off' as soon as possible after initial interview with Summit. Candidate details are not divulged to any third party without their prior agreement.
