Information on the Client's business plans and activities are regarded as private and confidential and are not divulged to third parties without the Client's permission.

Search activities will not be made known to other parts of the Client organisation without prior permission.

Throughout the recruitment process the Client will be kept informed by means of regular feedback and progress reports.

Summit undertakes to seek candidates who are suitably qualified for the position being filled until either an appointment is made or there has been a decision to suspend or cancel the assignment altogether.

Any internal applicants (employees of the Client) will be evaluated by the Lead Consultant and assessed along with external applicants.

If a candidate placed by Summit leaves within six months of the starting date and it is agreed that the reason for leaving is no fault of the Client, then a new process will begin for no additional fee. Only out of pocket expenses will be charged.

Off Limits: Summit will not approach as a Candidate any Executive from the Client organisation for which an assignment has been undertaken, for a period of two years from the date of engagement. In addition, no Candidate placed by Summit will be approached as a Candidate while they remain in that appointment.
